Quickpay is a part of Unzer Group, which make payment magic happen for over 37,000 European webshops, holding licenses that cover the entire continent! The agile and cross-functional teams consist of experienced developers and a product manager. We value cooperation and self-organization and work together to give shape to the central part of Unzer’s next generation payment processing platform, with a focus on alternative payment methods (APMs) and credit card payments (in PCI DSS scope).
Our full stack technology stack includes:
• Ruby, Sinatra, and Grape
• JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular
• PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Docker and AWS
What your work will look like:
- Develop front-end features for the Quickpay customer-facing product using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build back-end functionalities for Unzer apps using Ruby.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and finalize the features being developed.
- Coordinate with customer support to respond to customer inquiries and resolve bugs.
- Stay informed of the latest technology trends to maintain a cutting-edge development environment.
- Work in close collaboration with other engineers for seamless integration and efficient development.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- You have At least 3 years of experience working with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- You have minimum 3 years of Ruby development experience.
- Profound knowledge of AWS, Ruby, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- You are eager to bring solutions proactively and take ownership of your work.
- You are fluent in English and can convey your ideas efficiently.
