The Unzer E-Commerce Team consists of a Sales (Hunting) and a Key Account (Farming) Team, as well as a Sales Operation Team, which supports with operational tasks (contract preparation, change orders, etc.). In addition, our technical key account team (TKAM) supports the sales team in customer acquisition as well as in the daily cooperation with all technical questions and challenges. Thus, we ensure a holistic key account support from the first contact to the successful joint growth. 

What your work will look like: 

    • Selling the entire Unzer Group product portfolio (credit card acceptance, alternative payment methods, BuyNowPayLater) across all channels (ECOM/POS) with a focus on our white lable BuyNow PayLater solution 
    • Qualification and processing of leads from enterprise merchants 
    • Creation of target lists, Identification and Acquisition of "Key Account" merchants from the Retail / Consumer Goods sector 
    • Maintaining, developing and building customer relationships 
    • Representing the company and living the values of Unzer 
    • Inspiring our customers/ prospects with in-depth knowledge of the products around our white lable BNPL solution and active up- & cross-selling of the Unzer portfolio (payment acceptance ECOM/POS, POS solutions, etc.) 
    • Participation in conferences, events and trade shows 
    • Identification of requirements, trends and promising fields of action for the target groups   
    • Project implementation and support together with our technical Key Account Team 

What you need to be successful in this role: 

    • Completed studies (with a technical or business focus) 
    • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management 
    • Experience in BNPL desirable 
    • Ability to contribute at a leadership level 
    • Basic technical understanding of payment flows, APIs, etc. desirable 
    • Motivated sales personality with strong organizational skills 
    • Fluent in German & English 
    • Customer oriented, as well as independent work style 
    • Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and reliability 
    • Willingness to travel to customers and participate in trade fairs, conferences and events 
    • Existing network in the retail segment is an advantage
