ABOUT THE TEAM
What your work will look like:
• Update of rules based on fraud patterns - TM rule engine and internal risk engine.
• Monitoring the number of transactions successfully stopped because of Stop Fraud process vs. False positives.
• Monitoring numbers linked to the performance of the overall business - per merchant, channel, etc.
• Constant development and improvement of reports to keep track of numbers and potential gaps.
• Process confidential correspondence like letters from lawyers, customers, letters of insolvency and police inquiries.
What you need to be successful in this role:
• You enjoy working with data and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Initial experience or a strong interest in fraud prevention, risk management or data analytics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL or another data-related language is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau or other data-visualisation tools is beneficial.
• You bring a hands-on mindset and are motivated to contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches.
• You enjoy collaborating with others and can adapt to a changing environment.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.

• The interview process includes a 30-minute introductory call with a Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview of up to 45 minutes with your potential manager and a 60–90-minute conversation with the team. The minimum gross salary for this position is €1,300 per month on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). However, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on experience and qualifications.
