About The Team 
Our small but fierce TA team collaborates across the entire organization, focusing on hiring and process improvement. We prioritize the satisfaction of our hiring managers and ensure candidates have a comfortable experience throughout the process. We are three TA specialists who value open and honest communication, direct feedback and most importantly, enjoy the process of hiring and making sure our teams are staffed properly.

What your work will look like:

    • Identify talented individuals for various roles across the tech organization, ranging from Software Engineering and Product to Infrastructure and Security teams. 
    • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including reviewing inbound applications, conducting interviews, and populating candidate funnels. (You won’t need to worry about scheduling, as you’ll have coordination support.) 
    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all levels to establish the best strategies for hiring for their teams. 
    • Think up creative ways to bring in a diverse mix of people with fresh perspectives. 
    • Share your knowledge and support the growth of teammates. 
    • Collaborate on exciting projects that leverage data to enhance our recruitment practices and improve the candidate journey. This year, our focus is on enhancing data usage and working on employer branding. 

What you need to be successful in this role:

    • You have 3+ years of experience with tech recruiting andsourcing in a dynamic startup-like environment. 
    • You communicate efficiently, are attentive when interacting with others and have a proven track of successful stakeholder management. 
    • You know your way around ATS, and if you've used Lever, that's a bonus. 
    • Tracking progressand using relevant KPIs for decision making is your thing.  
    • You enjoy seeing your impact and taking ownership, especially to overcome hiring challenges. We value adaptability! 
    • You’re organised and you know how to share knowledge and document your work. 
    • You're fluent in English. German or another language is a plus.
