ABOUT THE TEAM  

As a People Experience Manager based in Munich, you will join our dynamic global People & Culture Team at Unzer. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing the entire employee life cycle at our Munich office, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all team members. 

In collaboration with your P&C colleagues, you will engage in a variety of projects, contributing to the team's mission of creating an outstanding employee experience and driving continuous process optimization. 

What your work will look like:

    • Be the central hub for addressing local People-related inquiries and concerns. 
    • Lead the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing exceptional internal HR support. 
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date People data management within our tools and data bases. 
    • Champion compliance with local regulations, including legal and social security mandates, by initiating and supporting key processes. 
    • Build strong partnerships with our Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams for seamless collaboration. 
    • Play a proactive role in shaping and launching innovative People initiatives and solutions. 
    • Drive continuous refinement and optimization of our operational procedures. 
    • Engage in a diverse array of impactful local and global projects. 

What you need to be successful in this role:

    • Extensive professional experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with a background in project management. 
    • Completed apprenticeship, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification (such as an IHK certificate) in Human Resources. 
    • Deep expertise in HR processes, systems (preferably Personio), and industry best practices. 
    • Methodical work approach with meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, high standards of quality, and a strong sense of discretion. 
    • Ability to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing business needs and processes. 
    • Capable of working independently and diligently within a team environment. 
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.
