About The Team 
The UnzerE-Commerce Team consists of a Sales (Hunting) and a Key Account (Farming) Team, as well as a Sales Operation Team, which supports operational tasks (contract preparation, change orders, etc.). In addition, our technical key account team (TKAM) supports the sales team in customer acquisition as well as in daily cooperation with all technical questions and challenges. Thus, we ensure holistic key account support from the first contact to successful joint growth.

What your work will look like:

    • You will maintain, develop and build customer relationships 
    • You'll cultivate customer relationships through the implementation of account development plans and conducting business review meetings.
    • Up- and cross-selling the entire Unzer Group product portfolio (credit card acceptance, alternative payment methods, BuyNowPayLater) across all channels (ECOM/POS)  
    • You will represent the company and live the values of Unzer 
    • You will inspire our customers/ prospects with in-depth knowledge of the products around our white-label BNPL solution and active up-and-cross-selling of the Unzer portfolio (payment acceptance ECOM/POS, POS solutions, etc.) 
    • You will participate in conferences, events and trade shows 
    • You will work on project implementation and support together with our technical Key Account Team 

What you need to be successful in this role: 

    • You graduated with a technical or business focus diploma 
    • You have 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the BuyNowPayLater domain 
    • You can contribute at a leadership level 
    • You have a motivated sales personality with strong organizational skills, you're customer-oriented, and can work independently
    • You have the sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and reliability 
    • You have a great communication skill and are fluent both in German & English
    • You are willing to travel to customers and participate in trade fairs, conferences and events 

    • Ideally, you also have:
    • Basic technical understanding of payment flows, APIs, etc.  
    • The existing network in the retail segment
