About The Team
You will be part of a small team that includes QA and other Product Managers, but no in-house developers. You will coordinate, oversee and own the relationship with our external agencies and vendors. The team is responsible for consolidating and developing the plugin and documentation landscape.
What your work will look like:
- You’ll own and build the Plugins Roadmap
- You’ll manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Gather their requirements and evaluate them against the business case.
- You’ll be responsible for customer satisfaction with our plugins, including but not limited to
- Addressing the reviews for the plugins
- Managing plugin descriptions in communities and storefronts
- Whenever someone thinks about plugins, your name will be mentioned, and you will be responsible for internal knowledge, training, and communication on the subject.
- You'll be looking for new value-added services for our plugins to put them ahead of our competitors.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner either at a solution provider or a merchant
- Experience working in Agile software development, that also includes working with cross-functional teams across the business
- Experience working with vendors and external partners
- Outstanding communication skills are outstanding, especially in a consensus-driven and international culture.
- Experience working with wide variety of stakeholders and be able to prioritise and challenge their requirements
- Fundamental understanding of the payment and plugin universe and their technologies
