ABOUT THE TEAM

Our small but fierce Talent Acquisition team collaborates across the entire organization and focuses on hiring top talents. We prioritize the satisfaction of our hiring managers but also ensure that candidates have a comfortable experience throughout the process. We are four Talent Acquisition specialists who value open and honest communication, direct feedback and most importantly, enjoy the process of making sure our teams are staffed properly.

What your work will look like:

    • Find awesome colleagues for different roles across our organization, from Sales and Operations to Product and Engineering.
    • Lead the entire recruiting process, including direct search on LinkedIn, conducting interviews and making offers.
    • Take over the whole coordination and scheduling process to ensure a smooth and fast candidate experience.
    • Come up with creative ways to attract a diverse range of talented individuals who bring unique perspectives. 
    • Collaborate on cool projects to improve our recruitment practices and enhance the candidate journey. 
    • Empower and educate our hiring managers, helping them make the best hiring decisions for their teams. 

What you need to be successful in this role:

    • You have around 3 years of experience with end-to-end recruiting and sourcing in a dynamic startup-like environment. 
    • You know your way around an ATS, and if you've used Lever, that's a bonus. 
    • You’re organised, structured and you know how to neatly stick to processes and standards.
    • You don't fear away in pushing hiring managers and know how to effectively coordinate stakeholders.
    • Taking ownership and finding practical solutions motivate you. 
    • You've successfully delivered talent acquisition or recruiting operations projects in the past, and you've got the track record to prove it. 
    • You're fluent in both German and English – speaking and writing.

    • The interview process includes: a 30min intro call with your Team Lead Lisa, 45 min technical conversation with the TA team and 30 min meet the team call with VP HR and HRBP. Please note the process might alter depending on our team’s availability.
