About the Team

Our Transformation team is currently consisting of 4 Project Managers who work on improving Unzer’s business organisation through Restructuring, Business Process Management, Operating Model Design, Post-merger Integration and Program Management. 

As a Process Manager you will be responsible for documenting, analysing, improving and optimising business processes and driving process management related projects across different functions (e.g. Operations, IT, Product, Compliance, Risk, Finance Legal, etc.) and multiple entities of the Unzer Group. You will report to one of the senior managers in the team, who is leading the Process Governance function at Unzer. 

What your work will look like:

    • Support the documentation and independently document processes across all Unzer entities and Departments  
    • Participate in the analysis and improvements of core, management and support business processes  
    • Assist in the governance of process management activities, including standardization and maintaining best practices.   
    • Contribute to building and maintaining the process governance framework and process catalogue/landscape. 
    • Support the management of and independently manage projects related to process management  
    • Ensure organizational transparency by providing information and documentation on processes. 

What you need to be successful in this role:

    • 3-5 years of process management experience (including mapping, analysis, solution design and implementation) preferably with a with a track record of successful cross-functional/end-to-end process improvements. 
    • Profound experience in managing projects 
    • Strong grounding in process management methods such as LEAN and Six Sigma. 
    • Knowledge of BPMN, VCD, EPC and other process documentation methods and proven experience with at least one process management tool  
    • Familiarity with project management methods e.g. Waterfall and Agile  
    • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word  
    • Proactivity and willingness to take ownership, open mindedness, friendliness with cooperative attitude   
    • Structured and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with changing priorities. 
    • Business proficiency in English, German is an advantage 

    • Nice to have:   

    • Experience with the latest process management techniques and technologies such as process mining, task mining and RPA  
    • Experience in and good understanding of the payment industry (eCommerce and / or POS), PSP and Acquiring)  
    • Experience with core processes of a company in the payment sector  
    • Business process management certifications  
    • Competent use of MS 365 tools such as SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Project, Planner, Forms etc.
