ABOUT THE TEAM

Unlocking value by transforming Unzer from a buy-and-build company to the unified commerce champion in Europe. Your mission is to collaborate in a dynamic team of Transformation & Value Creation Managers to driving value creation in Restructuring, Business Process Management, Operating Model Design, Post-merger Integration and Program Management. Through your data-driven, pragmatic, and innovative mindset as well as commitment to excellence, you deliver impactful initiatives that shape our organization's future success and reinforce its scalability. 

What your work will look like:

    • Take over operational, groupwide responsibility to lead and drive projects and programs of strategic relevance with all connected implications. 
    • Develop project roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and communicate proactively with executive leadership, department heads, and stakeholders to provide project updates, and address concerns. 
    • Collaborate and maintain effective communication across all departments, with executives and C-level to deliver strategic initiatives, especially related to Business Process Management, Operating Model, Restructuring, Change Management and Technology Program Support.  
    • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, programs and projects, track (financial) key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership, highlighting achievements and recommending areas for improvement across Unzer.
    • Connect within the organisation & overcome information silos, proactively promote change, constantly look out for challenges, and celebrate team success.

What you need to be successful in this role:

    • 3+ years in Consulting, Corporate Development, Restructuring & Turnaround or Project Management Departments, overseeing teams responsible for complex program management and strategic initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Experience in using Project and Program Management-Tools, Frameworks and Methods (MS Project, SCRUM) - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus. 
    • Understanding of Restructuring, Financial KPIs, Business Process Management,Operating Model, Post-merger Integration, and Technology Program Support. 
    • Ability to think strategically and drive transformation while strongly executing operationally.
    • Change Management: Understanding of change management and adaption principles and methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational transformations, post-mergers, migrations, and other significant initiatives.
