We are looking for an exceptional Technical Product Manager to join our growing product management organisation. Uberall is a leader in Location Marketing and Local SEO and is one of the top MarTech platforms in the world. You’ll be working with top global brands to build their digital presence.

Join us in a dynamic environment where your ideas drive real impact. You'll work collaboratively with your Design, Engineering and Product Management counterparts. This role combines product management with custom client implementations. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, client implementation management, and creating differentiation that enables the best experiences tailored for our global customers. 

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in B2B Product Management, Technical Project Management, Program Management, or a combination. You will have a customer-first mindset, working knowledge of SEO, and the ability to manage existing customers’ feature requests. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organisational, collaboration, and communication skills. 

Your Responsibilities:

    • Fully own the product development lifecycle, from leading customer discovery, product analysis, design and implementation to helping to create an outcome driven roadmap that delivers value to customers
    • Manage customized client projects and implementations
    • Identify project goals, write user stories, and maintain clear documentation
    • Partner and communicate regularly with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development, prioritisation and timelines; including building roadmaps, addressing backlogs and overseeing error resolution
    • Leverage the best research methods in collaboration with Product Design and Data Analyst to identify user pain points (product data analysis, user testing, etc.)
    • Partner with Uberall’s marketing, sales, support and success teams to coordinate the go-to-market strategy and ensure high impact of releases
    • Communicate frequently and clearly to internal stakeholders and customers/partners
    • Define, report and optimise product goals and KPIs
    • Implement tactics to maximise the adoption of your features and their business impact
    • Contribute to and improve our product practices with your knowledge and learnings

Your Profile:

    • Minimum 3 years working as product manager, project manager, or program manager for a fast-growing B2B company. Bonus points for being in MarTech and/or working directly with custom client projects
    • Experience with SEO, including measurement and optimization of consumer facing webpages
    • Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial approach to building products and integrations
    • Outstanding communicator, able to clearly convey your product narrative to internal and external stakeholders
    • History of leading product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions
    • Experience in crafting great, simple user experiences in complex, data-rich customer-facing products
    • Solid analytical thinking - you can evaluate sets of data, identify opportunities, and draw insights to incorporate in your product and demonstrate value to your customers
    • Strong interest in Uberall and our mission
    • Ability to work remotely with colleagues all over the world
    • Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
