As a Customer Success Manager, you act as a trusted local SEO consultant for a wide array of primarily French Uberall Corporate customers. You are responsible for managing the relationship with your customers, and your main objective is to maximise the value your customers derive from using Uberall’s products. You navigate your customers through Uberall’s products, educate them on how to generate a positive return on invest (ROI), and provide strategic guidance and expertise. You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed, have a growth and strategic mindset, combined with a good understanding of business strategies in the area of Digital Marketing. 

Your responsibilities:

    • You keep an eye on new customers’ technical implementation, and you deliver a great onboarding experience together with your Implementation colleagues at Uberall
    • You understand your customer's needs, priorities, and business objectives, and you create success plans to support customers in achieving business outcomes 
    • You conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with your customers to set up new goals, prove ROI, and understand customer sentiment  
    • Your natural curiosity about industry developments and your proactiveness results in you continuously consulting them with best practices and optimization strategies
    • You constantly demonstrate the value Uberall adds to your customers’ strategies by generating valuable insights about their performance and next actions 
    • You work on maintaining and growing the value of your account portfolio and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities
    • You are the first problem solver, accompany our customers, never leave them alone at different levels of escalation, and define measures and solutions with them. It is important to you to solve a problem for the customer in an effective and optimal way

Your profile:

    • 4+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success Manager.
    • Based in Paris, fluent in French and business-proficient in English. Additional language skills are a plus (Italian, Portuguese).
    • Willingness to travel within France up to 30%.
    • You are an energetic, curious, and hungry-for-success individual
    • You breathe customer-centricity, and you are outcomes-driven
    • Ideally, you have a software and/or scale-up background (software technology, SaaS, cloud services, etc.)
    • You are analytical and tech-savvy; you’re not afraid of data and platforms, and you ideally have some experience of Digital Marketing
    • You think of solutions and opportunities when you hear about problems and blockers 
    • You understand the ecosystem and the needs of your customers, based upon which you can deduce service strategies and establish processes
    • You work in a very structured and forward-looking manner, keep the overview in sight, are attentive, and do not let anything disturb you
    • You feel hyped with taking customers from A to Z and contributing to their success
    • You enjoy training individuals and teams on platforms, processes and industry developments. 
    • You can prioritise in a goal-oriented manner while remaining agile and adaptable 
    • In addition to a strong service-oriented approach, you possess high-quality consulting skills, as well as innovative entrepreneurial thinking.
    • You have excellent executive communication skills, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills.
    • Consulting background and professional project management experience is a plus.
    • An academic degree or equivalent vocational training.
