Role Overview:
As a Junior Product Enablement Associate, you will assist in creating, refreshing, and managing educational resources for internal teams and customers. You’ll play a key role in translating content into multiple languages, ensuring consistency in our messaging as we rebrand and update materials. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for content creation, organization, and a flair for working in a global, fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities:

    • Content Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of enablement resources such as product tutorials, training documents, and course materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and consistent.
    • Translation Management: Work with internal teams and external vendors to translate content into various languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
    • Content Refresh & Rebranding: Support the rebranding and refreshing of existing content to align with Uberall’s evolving brand identity and product updates.
    • Quarterly Product Release Updates: Assist in updating training resources and product documentation in alignment with new product releases and feature changes.
    • Quality Control: Review and edit content for consistency, tone, and adherence to Uberall’s branding guidelines, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered across regions.
    • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to gather information for enablement materials and ensure timely delivery.
    • Content Distribution: Assist in the distribution of content to internal portals, external websites, and other relevant channels to ensure visibility and accessibility.
    • Customer and Employee Feedback: Help collect and process feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to continually improve training resources and ensure effectiveness.

Your profile:

    • Experience: 1+ years in content creation, product enablement, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company. Experience with translation management is a plus.
    • Content Creation: Basic experience with creating or editing training and educational materials (e.g., videos, documents, product guides).
    • Language Skills: Fluency in at least one additional language (beyond English) is highly preferred. Experience managing translations or working with translation vendors is a plus.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, especially in editing and proofreading.
    • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaboration: Team player with a demonstrated ability to work across departments and collaborate effectively.
    • Branding & Design Awareness: Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency when updating or rebranding materials.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with content creation tools, LMS systems, and translation management software.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, content formats, and industry best practices.
