TL Digital Solutions GmbH is a remote-first company that provides a collaborative logistics platform called TradeLink. We simplify B2B shipment collaboration for mid-sized businesses. Our open layer connects users, assets, and systems in shared shipment processes, offering simple workflow tools to all participants. We foster collaboration among supply chain actors through thought leadership, fair benefit distribution, and transparent reputations. We have adopted a land and expand strategy, following the customer journey. This has led to our internal organization in squads and tribes. These include Demand, Landing, Value, Virality, and Launchpad Squads.

As our new Founder’s Associate, you will have the exceptional opportunity to work directly with our CEO&Co-founder, gaining invaluable insights into sales tactics, pitching techniques, storytelling, and overall business strategy. This is a 18-24 months programme, throughout which you will actively participate in our most important partner meetings alongside the CEO, learning first hand how to navigate prospecting processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Craft compelling customer pitches and follow-up materials in close collaboration with the CEO, ensuring alignment with our vision and objectives.
    • Work alongside the CEO to enhance our sales collateral and refine messaging strategies, contributing your insights and creativity.
    • Engage in impactful projects and alignment initiatives within the sales team and Go-To-Market (GTM) area, fostering collaboration and driving success.
    • Participate in an intensive learning period tailored to accelerate your professional growth and development, providing you with the tools and resources you need to thrive.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Demonstrate dedication, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and make meaningful contributions.
    • Possess a passion for building relationships and persuading others, coupled with the ability to win customers successfully.
    • Showcase analytical skills, leveraging your unique perspective to drive innovation and growth.
    • Bring at least a year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within consultancy or logistics/supply chain management.
    • Great communication skills in German and English.
