The impact you'll make

    • Assist business partners in identifying risks and solving their product integration problems with limited guidance
    • Contribute to improving the operational aspects of the work and team effectiveness.
    • Participate in priority decisions, solution and system designs beyond the scope of the deliverables.
    • Take ownership.

What you'll need

    • Strong command in English and Chinese.
    • T-shaped skills, where SW engineering and issue resolution capabilities coupled with more profound knowledge, skills, and experience of multiple, including Kotlin/Java (must-have), embedded software, Android applications, and troubleshooting areas/technologies.
    • Good in communications, where technical presentations are backed by experiences and complemented by an empathetic and evangelistic character.
    • Showing accountable behavior for the successful delivery of one's work, policies, and governance in the team.
    • Showing leadership by taking ownership of and improving medium team-internal processes and ways of working or by leading medium team-internal changes.
