The impact you'll make

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, internal product units, and business partners to facilitate collaboration and excellent product delivery.
    • Oversee Korean customer projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through project budget management, alignment with automotive customers' requirements, contractual commitments, and aligning them to TomTom business priorities & product strategy.
    • Collaborate with the business team on commercial matters such as contract renewals, extensions, and scope changes.
    • Implement risk management initiatives and controls.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to develop customer plans, outlining team responsibilities, release schedules, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance terms.
    • Proactively identify and resolve development and operational challenges to ensure customer satisfaction, implementing a learning-oriented approach to prevent future occurrences.
    • Champion our commitment to product excellence by creating a culture of customer collaboration, continuous value creation, learning, data-driven decision-making, quality standards, and product expertise.
    • Build trusted relationships with other leaders and organizational stakeholders.

What you'll need

    • ROK nationality or PR is required.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
    • An engineering or computer science degree and/or extensive working experience in the domain and with the software development lifecycle.
    • At least 8 years of professional experience in project management and product lifecycle management and have managed complex projects.
    • Empathize with people from different cultural backgrounds and operate in various roles at several organizational levels and locations.
    • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary stakeholders across different locations.
    • Knowledge of trends in the automotive industry
    • Willingness to stay current with innovations that take place in this domain and the asset developments in the various TomTom product units.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.
