Our team achieves more every day. So can you.

As a Global Campaign Manager, you will be part of our Retention team, where our mission is to elevate customer experience and boost retention across a global customer base of more than 50 million users. But let’s be clear: this is not your standard CRM role. In this position, you will own several CRM channels, with email and mobile notifications as your main playground. These channels power communication across a variety of products, which means your work will be wonderfully diverse- from classic, proven CRM approaches to bold, creative, and experimental concepts. No two days or campaigns will look the same. And the best part? You’ll have creative freedom.

What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize smart, impactful campaigns across email and mobile notification channels, each with its own creative style- from classic CRM to bold, experimental ideas.
  • Create engaging, exciting content that sparks action, boosts engagement, and delivers meaningful moments across a global audience.
  • Increase customer lifetime value by shaping and improving the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Build intelligent segmentation strategies to deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment, across multiple products and markets.
  • Dive into data to uncover insights, understand customer behavior, and drive beautifully personalized experiences.
  • Design, launch, and iterate on new and existing campaigns- measuring results, A/B testing relentlessly, and optimizing across all channels.
  • Be a true CRM champion, sharing best practices and inspiring creativity within the global CRM team and beyond.
  • Constantly scout for new opportunities to innovate, experiment, automate, and surprise our customers in fresh ways.
  • Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across cultures and departments using empathy, clarity, and strong relationship-building to bring people together.
  • Own your campaigns end-to-end and adjust processes when needed. In this role, you get full freedom to shape how you work.

What you'll need

  • A bachelor’s or academic degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital/CRM role.
  • Proven CRM expertise, especially in email marketing, lifecycle flows, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Experience in mobile marketing (push notifications, in-app messaging).
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically across different cultures.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence using data to drive decisions.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation strategy, experimentation, and A/B testing.
  • An eye for improving processes and boosting operational efficiency where needed.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Operational excellence ensuring your campaigns go out smoothly, accurately, and on time.
  • The ability to roll up your sleeves and operate both strategically and hands-on when needed.
  • A fun, curious, creative, and open-minded approach — and genuine enjoyment working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
