The impact you'll make

    • Manage assigned accounts, ensuring strong relationships with decision-makers at executive and management levels.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact to address client needs and foster collaboration.
    • Drive sales opportunities through RFI/RFQ/RFP process and TomTom's internal deal review process, meeting and exceeding booking targets.
    • Promote TomTom’s product offerings to product planning and R&D teams of customers and key stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date strategic account plan, account data, including contacts, activities, deal progress, and revenue forecasts, using CRM (Salesforce).
    • Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Governance, Legal, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Finance to create tailored product offerings and proposals that benefit both TomTom and its customers.
    • Support customer R&D or business offices by coordinating internal resources effectively.
    • Collect and share insights about market trends, customer trends/news, competitors, and customer strategies to inform account activities.
    • Represent TomTom at industry events to promote brand awareness and identify potential opportunities.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment, delivering results with enthusiasm and curiosity.

What you'll need

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science 
    • 7+ years of sales experience in B2B software, at least 3 years related to Automotive or Location based navigation Technology and/or IT Services Industry 
    • Successful track record in identifying and closing new deals of B2B business 
    • Outstanding organizational skills, structured, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption 
    • Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C levels 
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills 
    • Experienced in using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce 
    • Effective communicator in Korean and English 
    • Ability to travel as needed
