What you'll do
- You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible;
- You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software;
- You will be doing some user account management (Active Directory);
- You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system;
- You will align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.
What you'll need
- You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses;
- You are fluent in English;
- You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn;
- Being enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship;
- You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.

- This position is fully on-site which means you should be able to come to our Amsterdam office around 5 times a week
- 6 months internship contract with a monthly salary of 1100€ (based on full-time work).
