Are you ready to drive the future of market intelligence with TomTom? We're looking for an enthusiastic, analytically driven Market & Competitive Intelligence Intern to join our team and help us build the next-generation, AI-powered intelligence framework. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to shape smarter business decisions through innovative data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

    • Automate & Innovate: Play a key part in streamlining and automating market intelligence workflows using leading AI tools, boosting both efficiency and impact across our reporting systems.
    • Analyze & Discover: Dive into market trends and competitor activities, gathering and interpreting data from diverse sources to deliver actionable insights that keep us ahead of the curve.#
    • Report & Inspire: Help craft engaging reports, presentations, and dashboards that not only inform but also inspire stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Organize & Enable: Keep our intelligence databases and systems running smoothly, ensuring that information is always accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

What you'll need

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
    • If non-EU, enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship and able to provide three-parties agreement with university (NUFFIC agreement)
    • Available starting 1st of January or February for at least 6 months, 32-40h/week
    • Located in Amsterdam or surroundings and willing to come to the office at least twice a week
    • Sharp analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, confidently navigating complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights that drive results.
    • Genuine curiosity for AI technologies and business intelligence tools—especially Microsoft solutions like CoPilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps—and are excited about using automation and research tools to make a real difference.
    • Communicate and present ideas with clarity and impact, making even the most complex topics accessible and inspiring to others.
    • Thrive as a proactive self-starter, able to work independently while also building strong connections with internal stakeholders.
