IT support intern
What you'll do:

You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible;

You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software;

You will be doing some user account management (Active Directory);

You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system;

You will align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.
What you'll need:
- You are located in Detroit, USA;

You are enrolled in university or have student permit to work - we do not sponsor for this role;

You are eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours p/w) for 6 months, starting from September 2026;

You are fluent in English;

You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn;

You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
