We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Intern to join our brand-new Sales Enablement team. As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations and enhancing the effectiveness of our sales team. You will be involved in various projects related to content management, training, and process optimization, gaining valuable insights into the world of sales enablement. One of your core projects will be organizing and managing our content library to ensure our sales representatives have access to the most relevant materials. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement, content management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be part of the global product marketing team, reporting to the Sales Enablement lead along with 2 super-experienced and fun team members.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams to organize and manage the content library, ensuring easy access and distribution of sales collateral.
- Assist in the creation and curation of sales content, including sales decks, case studies, product guides, and competitor analysis materials.
- Assist in the creation and organization of info-sessions, training and e-learnings for sales and distributors.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to identify content gaps and align materials with the buyer's journey.
- Help in data analysis to track content performance and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Be the owner of the internal newsletter to spread the word about Product Marketing and Sales Enablement activities monthly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and provide recommendations for improvement.
What you'll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.
- Any previous professional experience isn’t mandatory but it’s a plus if you can demonstrate how your experience fits this role.
- Self-starter and a can-do attitude
- Not afraid of challenging tasks or stakeholders
- Creative problem solver, critical thinker with always-be-learning mindset.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business operations.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Share Point / Content Management systems is a big plus.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good listener and receptive to feedback
- Fun, energetic and not always taking yourself too seriously.
What you can expect:
- 1100 Euros/month (gross salary based on full-time work)
- 6 months internship contract.
