The impact you'll make
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to articulate differentiated product value propositions, expand sales pipeline volume and drive incremental bookings & repeat customer orders.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for clients and act as the product team’s primary brand ambassador throughout the full customer buying lifecycle.
- Design and tailor targeted end-to-end solutions that align with automotive clients’ commercial objectives, technical specifications and core business expectations.
- Own end-to-end development of formal solution proposals for RFIs, RFQs and customer change requests, coordinating cross-functional product stakeholders to align content and deliverables.
- Continuously track, research and analyze emerging automotive industry trends, technology shifts and competitive landscape updates.
- Collect, synthesize and elevate automotive customer and regional end-user feedback to shape internal product roadmaps and long-term product strategy.
- Localize global go-to-market frameworks for regional markets and lead the execution of region-specific product marketing initiatives.
- Act as a core product evangelist to deliver professional support for all sales and marketing events, workshops and client presentations.
- Champion end-to-end customer satisfaction, and position TomTom as the preferred strategic supplier for location-based automotive technologies.
- Facilitate and sustain effective cooperation with business alliance partners and system integration partners.
What you'll need
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive industry B2B functions including sales engineering, product management or program management, with deep expertise in mapping, navigation or automotive location technology businesses.
- Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English plus the local native language of target customer markets.
- Capable of independently engaging, presenting and communicating with senior-tier internal leaders, key customer executives and partner stakeholders.
- Outstanding presentation and live product demonstration capabilities for both internal reviews and formal client executive meetings.
- Equipped with cross-layer communication competence, able to conduct conversations covering corporate brand vision down to granular product feature value propositions.
- Proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers to drive commercial outcomes, alongside hands-on negotiation experience with customers, vendors and external partners.
- Strong consultative persuasion skills: capable of unpacking complex technical concepts and guiding stakeholders to align on optimal solutions.
- Experienced in leading and facilitating cross-party meetings with clear focus on reaching predefined business outcomes and actionable next steps.
