What you’ll do:
- Manage selected maps production operations in Maps Vertical Features e.g. Traffic signs or Traffic lights
- Lead projects of delivering maps to automotive/tech customers
- Cooperate in cross-functional product-engineering-operations teams
- Estimate, calculate, plan, adjust, execute, monitor, analyze, iterate, lead, support
What you’ll need:
- in-depth knowledge in the fields of operations, production and project management
- experience in cooperation within cross-functional, agile teams on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
- ability to dynamically adjust the course of action and address issues where precedent may not exist
- proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements
- advanced problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges
- proactivity in identifying potential risks and issues, defining mitigation actions
- concise communication skills towards senior management and other product units
- high level of accountability and ownership
- strive for the best-in-the-market results
- understanding of traffic regulations and global geography
What’s nice to have:
- Process engineering/software development/QMS experience
- Lean management and process engineering skills
- Tech industry experience
- Scrum experience
