Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to Premium customers, addressing billing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Billing Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve billing-related issues promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
    • Churn Reduction Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing customer churn, analyzing trends, and implementing effective strategies.
    • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage your experience with Amazon or similar platforms to assist customers with billing and account-related challenges.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and billing resolutions for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in e-commerce, Amazon, or supporting platforms for Amazon sellers.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience
    • Intermediate skills in Excel/Sheets
    • Strong customer service skills with a focus on billing and account management.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
