The Role
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing programs to ensure smooth execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll track progress, maintain documentation, and streamline workflows for better efficiency. This isn’t just about managing schedules—it’s about driving seamless execution and continuous improvement. By identifying bottlenecks and optimizing processes, you’ll contribute to overall program success. Responsibilities

    • Program Execution & Tracking - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring assigned programs, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met while tracking progress effectively.
    • Cross-Team Coordination & Communication - Act as a bridge between teams (CSM, BD, Finance, Partnerships, IT, etc.), ensuring smooth collaboration, timely updates, and follow-ups on action items.
    • Data Collection & Accuracy - Gather, validate, and maintain accurate data for program tracking, ensuring reports and dashboards reflect real-time, error-free information.
    • Dashboard & Reporting Management - Regularly update and maintain program dashboards, generate reports with insights, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
    • Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving - Identify roadblocks, escalate critical issues to management, and contribute to problem-solving initiatives for smoother program execution.
    • Process Compliance & SOP Adherence - Ensure all programs follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), document workflows, and support process standardization efforts.
    • Financial & Budget Tracking - Assist in financial reconciliation, ensuring program budgets, invoices, and expenditures are tracked accurately and aligned with finance reports.
    • Meeting Scheduling & Documentation - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, document action points, and follow up to ensure execution.
    • Process Automation & Optimization - Support automation initiatives by identifying manual inefficiencies, assisting in workflow improvements, and collaborating with IT/data teams.
    • Continuous Learning & Stakeholder Support - Engage in training, learn internal tools and best practices, and proactively support managers and stakeholders in achieving program success.

Requirements

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management. 
    • Good understanding of data analysis tools Excel, G Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc. 
    • Scrum certification or Lean Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage. 
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle will be an added advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
