Technical Delivery @ Bud

Technical Delivery at Bud is the technical face of Bud to our customers, supporting clients in integrating Bud’s market leading technology from contract signature to go live.
Bud’s Financial AI products are cutting edge, and you will be working with clients to deliver new products that harness the power of Bud in innovative and impactful ways. You will be coaching and supporting developers and architects at both established Tier One clients and nimble Fintech startups.

The impact you'll have

    • Support the launch of innovative new products and services by our clients.
    • Influence the architecture and design of client solutions to best use Bud’s technology
    • Contribute to the maturing of Bud’s developer tool suite and developer facing documentation
    • You'll work with clients to go live with their solutions quickly and with high quality.
    • You're the face of Bud to the technical audience in the client and are the subject matter expert in integrating our APIs
    • Works closely with the Client delivery team to onboard customers and the Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.

What you'll do

    • Engage with clients to scope the work required to integrate with Bud to meet client business goals
    • Advise client developers and architects on the solution architecture
    • Support client developers throughout the integration, testing and go-live phases
    • Work with clients to successfully test their integration
    • Manage client go-live activities on the Bud platform
    • Work closely with Bud's product teams to improve the developer experience
    • Contribute to the evolution of Bud's developer console
    • Establish documentation, integration guides and testing packs
    • Work with Bud's account management team to increase the value of Bud's services with clients
    • Act as the technical champion of Bud with client developers and business teams
    • Identify opportunities for clients to optimise their use of Bud's technology and grow their business with us

Is this you?

    • You are a confident person with excellent communication skills and enjoy leading a team to deliver strong business outcomes
    • You are passionate about continuous improvement and keen to drive best practices within your work
    • You are a solution-oriented and problem-solving person
    • You are excited to work closely with development teams and innovative technology, products and services
    • Have a good working knowledge of Digital Banking and FinTech and associated use cases
    • Have an understanding of application, information and infrastructure architectures, such as API development and integrations
    • Have a proven track record of either: systems architecture, systems integrations, data and content migration expertise within medium to large organisations
    • Familiarity with OBIE and Authentication (OAuth)
