Your Mission👨🚀👩🚀 This role is focused on selling the Bud platform into our enterprise banks territory. The primary objective is winning net new business within these named accounts and expanding Bud’s ever-growing market share within the US market. You will spearhead cross functional teams (including pre-sales, product, business development, marketing, engineering) to form and execute on a GTM strategy, while tailoring sales approaches based on both client demands and broader market trends.
What impact you will make
- New Business Acquisition
- Work with both Marketing and Business Development to develop and execute pipeline generation strategies
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within named accounts
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach or exceed targets
- Influence Bud’s GTM strategy with both industry and sales expertise
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long term relationships with Economic Buyers and Champions
- Engage with potential clients to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions
- Deal closing
- Manage full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation and closing
- Work with Legal, Risk & Compliance teams to navigate complexity of contracting in a regulated industry
- Provide the necessary support to deal champions to support their buying process
- Collaboration
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful deal outcomes
- Provide internal feedback to product and engineering teams to improve offering and customer experience
- Market knowledge and research
- Regularly attend events and industry events to help build Bud’s brand and gain industry insights
- Identify and spot market trends to help form Bud’s GTM
A bit about you
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with proven success in managing full sales lifecycle and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience in building deep relationships with client stakeholders to uncover pain paints and tailor Bud’s solution to client needs and value
- Accountability and a can do approach
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to meeting quota, while showing initiative and creative thinking to drive deals forward
- A background in selling technical solutions to banking clients / fintech experience
