What You'll Do

    • Are you someone that thinks the current processes for executing clinical trials is broken? Do you see the value of technology in making them more successful? If so, we want to talk to you.  

    • At Teckro, you’ll get to work with some of the biggest brand pharmaceutical customers in the world. They’re reaping the rewards of using our technologically advanced clinical trials platform, to execute their clinical trials.  
    • In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts. For you, this means wearing many hats. From implementation through to delivery, you’ll manage the clinical trials lifecycle and that relationship with the customers 
    • You’ll make sure our customers gain the maximum value and use from Teckro’s clinical trials platform. You’ll ensure our users (sponsors, CRO and medical teams etc) gain the benefits of adopting and continually using features on the platform 
    • And you’ll analyse data to make sure problem areas are identified and additional supports provided to them at all stages of the trial's lifecycle 
    • Supported by our Project Management team, you’ll ensure all service level agreements are met or exceeded. This will allow you to build and manage executive-level relationships with client decision makers and influencers, at senior level.  
    • You’ll review processes, enhance customer engagement models and deliver revenue growth at a Program Level 
    • And you’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table and the autonomy execute on these to improve the way we deliver.  

    • You’ll work across a range of other areas too, including;  
    • Establishing standards/operating frameworks 
    • Developing and managing governance model and issue escalation pathways 
    • Monitoring and manage risks during development of the programme  
    • Delivering on KPI’s by tracking, reviewing and assessing the implementation of the programme 
    • Applying your data analysis skills, to identify areas of improvement and initiate the changes needed 
    • Using your consultative skills to build trust and relationships with key existing clients through frequent communications and client visits (USA travel approximately 20-30%) 
    • Developing the business case and ROI metrics with customers 
    • Articulating and demonstrating the value of our platform (across speed, cost and quality etc.)  
    • Educating customers on Teckro’s products, new solutions and best practices 
    • Using customers data/metrics to develop the business case and value proposition 
    • Being an active contributor to the sales team. You’ll spot opportunities in our accounts and consultatively upsell, to help the team exceed sales quota/ achieve sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate will have

    • Several years recent clinical research and clinical trial experience required, across various a variety of therapeutic areas 
    • The role is focused at a Program Level (with multiple accounts and clinical trials studies). So, you’ll have solid project management experience, in the Lifesciences, Clinical Research or Development space 
    • You’ll be someone with experience in working on complex and critical clinical trial projects. This will have seen you own larger projects and deliver your assigned Program on time and to quality standards 
    • You’ll be someone that’s well used to working with internal and external interaction at very senior level. For you this brings the skills of setting expectations, having difficult conversations, using data to influence decisions and steer the direction of the portfolio successfully 
    • You’ll be someone with a clear and engaging presentation style. You’ll know your audience and be capable of adopting the right communication style to suit.  
    • You’ll have that consultative approach to customer engagement. This means you have that ability to spot opportunities for revenue growth and be experienced working with sales team, to see this through to fruition 
    • Ability and willingness to travel (USA travel approximately 20-30% & some EU travel).  

Qualifications Required

    • Degree in related field(s); or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education 
    • PM Training – e.g., Applied PM, Commercial PM, or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education (an advantage, but not a requirement)  

Location and Travel

    • Ireland hybrid work option with the flexibility to work in either of our Irish offices located in Dublin or Limerick City centre offices
    • Currently this is set to 2 days per week onsite 
    • We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle 
    • Note: Regrettably we cannot offer work permit / permit sponsorship or self-sponsorship for this role. Eligible applicants must already hold valid and legal work permit for Ireland.
