We are on the lookout for a Product Design Lead!
As a Product Design Lead at Symphony, you will drive high-impact design initiatives by aligning business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. This role blends advanced design expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to deliver exceptional user experiences while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What would be your responsibilities if you join us?
- Lead major product design efforts, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
- Build and evolve design systems to maintain consistency, efficiency, and innovation across teams.
- Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide and validate design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product vision and strategy.
- Mentor designers, inspire creativity, and champion the value of design across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices—including generative AI—to enhance workflows, introduce new methodologies, and drive continuous innovation.
There are some requirements that will make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design initiatives and building scalable design systems.
- Extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency with design tools.
- Experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, and design systems.
