We are on the lookout for a Delivery Manager!
What would be your responsibilities if you join us?
- Oversee the delivery of complex and large-scale software development projects
- Lead, coach, and develop delivery team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including clients, executive management, and other departments, while building trusted relationships
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, contract terms, and industry best practices
- Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that customer requirements are understood and consistently met and support the expansion of existing business areas
There are some requirements that will make you stand out:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering large and complex software portfolios on time and within budget.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile methodology and Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
