To help build this groundbreaking technology and make our startup a success, we are looking for and experienced engineer and manager for high profile photonics technology development and project transfer.
Role and responsibilities
- You will be managing technology transfer from R&D fab to volume manufacturing partner foundry.
- You will be responsible for all the stages and aspects of the program:
- Unit process and full flow setup and integration,
- Test chip and product prototype lot processing,
- Process qualification and production release.
- You will work with the IC design team to customize and optimize devices critical for the product performance.
- You will manage technology transfer for the next generation process technology to support the company roadmap.
- You will report to the COO
Qualifications
- MS EE, Physics or Material Science.
- Expert knowledge in advanced CMOS BEOL process integration.
- Good knowledge of interconnect unit processes and material systems.
- Understanding of quality and reliability requirements.
- Experience in process technology troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Excellent program management skills to plan and execute according to a tight schedule.
- Experience in high density array technology such as memories or image sensors is a strong plus.
- Teamplayer, excellent professional command of English both spoken and written.
