As a Business Development Strategist you will:

    • Conduct trend and industry-focused research to support New Business sales strategy planning
    • Understand New Business sales strategy and break it down to a structured prospecting plan
    • On-demand support of the sales leadership with analysis and industry/market insights
    • Provide input to the sales team for the creation of compelling slides that convey our value proposition to our clients in a clear way
    • Drive sales funnel building and optimization
    • Develop a prospecting approach and perform detailed search via digital tools and channels (ie.: Linkedin, web search, etc.) to identify potential prospect companies and target feasible stakeholders in focus industries
    • Work in close cooperation with marketing, align required marketing support for lead generation (sales materials, thought leadership, specific, etc.), and align desired targeting for marketing campaigns (e.g. PPC)
    • Assess the motivations and requirements of identified prospect companies and propose fitting messages for reaching out to them
    • Handover prospects to New Business Managers, support pre-sales with prospect insights if needed
    • Assist in developing a CRM strategy and process
    • Track and manage leads in the CRM system, implement strategies
    • Support new business meetings with participation

We expect you to:

    • Be able to conduct targeted, smart research
    • Have process-driven and analytical mindset
    • Be experienced in prospecting and/or outbound sales (e.g. cold calls)
    • Have minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or similar role, demonstrated  excellence in lead generation, prospecting
    • Have relatable personality, exceptional communication skills, personal charm
    • Business or Social Science or Economics BA
    • Be interested in software and technology products and digital innovation
    • Have advanced English skills
    • German knowledge is a huge plus

Supercharge was founded in Budapest and the office here is our headquarters. While we have local offices in multiple countries, this is the hub where we serve our clients from. On any given day you will find this place buzzing with our people working on cool products or chilling out at one of our after-work events. The “Office of the Year” award-winning space is conveniently located in the heart of Budapest near Deak Ferenc square so prepare yourself for culinary adventures during lunch nearby.
