As an Inside Sales Manager you will:

    • Outbound lead generation: 
    • Conduct trend and industry focused a research to support NB sales strategy planning
    • Understand NB sales strategy and break it down to a structured prospecting plan
    • Drive the building and optimization of the sales funnel
    • Develop a prospecting approach and perform detailed search via digital tools and channels (ie.: Linkedin, web search, etc.) to identify potential prospect companies and target feasible stakeholders in target industries
    • Compose fitting messages to reach out to identified contacts (tailored or scaled) and engage with them with a value-driven approach to understand needs and evoke interest
    • Qualify opportunity considering SC business viability and schedule intro meeting with prospects
    • Handover lead to NBM, support pre-sales with prospect insights if needed

    • Inbound lead generation:
    • Close cooperation with marketing, align required marketing support for lead generation (sales materials, thought leadership, specific, etc.), align desired targeting for marketing campaigns (e.g. PPC)
    • Qualify marketing-generated leads, schedule intro meeting with prospects, handover lead to NBM

    • Support building a scalable approach for sales:
    • Assist in developing a CRM strategy and process
    • Record, track and manage prospects in CRM
    • Research and try new tools for lead generation Support with building databases for marketing automation
    • Launch outbound targeted sales campaigns with emailing tools
    • Provide best practices approach and training to new team members

We expect you to:

    • Be able to conduct targeted, smart research
    • Have process-driven and analytical mindset
    • Be experienced in prospecting and/or outbound sales (e.g. cold calls)
    • Have minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or similar role, demonstrated  excellence in lead generation, prospecting
    • Have relatable personality, exceptional communication skills, personal charm
    • Business or Social Science or Economics BA
    • Have advanced English skills
    • German knowledge is a huge plus
