When it comes to business insights, controlling, compliance, tax (to name a few…)  the finance team deals with it all. We run operational processes (send out invoices, pay the bills and salaries), manage complex financial and tax topics, and prepare monthly reports for our listed parent company. We also have a crystal ball that helps the company see into the future…well, at the very least, we are here to show Supercharge’s management what implications today’s decisions may have on future results. The team is made up of 5 Superchargers striving to make sure that the financial backbone of the company stays healthy, but just as importantly, we always look behind the numbers to see the human side as well. We are looking for our new Finance Analyst who will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day financial operation of Supercharge. Interested? Here’s the deal:

As a Finance Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing operational finance tasks such as:

    • Accounts Payable: 
    • registering incoming supplier invoices in payable management system according to requirements
    • following up on missing or incorrect invoices, ensure that only compliant invoices are recorded
    • reconciling company card transactions with incoming invoices
    • reconciling petty cash register
    • following up on supplier open items
    • preparing weekly payables list
    • uploading bank statements to the accounting system
    • checking T&E reports

    • Accounts Receivables: 
    • issuing invoices and certificates of completion to customers
    • following up on late payments with customer financial teams

    • Managing administration of leasing contracts
      Supporting the quarterly software license check process

We expect you to:

    • Have 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial operations (AP, AR)
    • Have a structured and methodical way of working with a focus on process efficiency.
    • Be comfortable managing your schedule and focusing on achieving outcomes.
    • Have a hands-on attitude. We make things happen and help each other out even if something is not strictly in our job title. :)
    • Be flexible and responsible. If you feel you can improve something (e.g. a process, information flows between teams) we encourage you to come up with ideas on how to make that improvement happen
    • Speak Hungarian
    • Write fluently in English, as you will also be in touch with suppliers, customers from outside Hungary
