Your day to day will include:
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to extending offers, for both technical and non-technical positions
- Conducting thorough screenings of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural match within our organization
- You'll work closely with our Delivery Team to ensure we're always aligned with our business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs from a technical aspect, manage the job descriptions, and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability
- We're committed to ensuring every candidate has a great experience with us, so you'll be the one guiding them through the process
- Plus, you'll keep our systems running smoothly by managing our ATS like a pro (we use Lever)
We'd love to meet someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses excellent people and communication skills
- Is fluent in English (our offices are located in HU, UK, NL, AU)
- Embraces technology, as it is at the heart of what we do; we're passionate about staying informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the ever-changing labor market, and we hope you are too
- Exhibits an innovative, curious, and positive personality
- Has experience with foreign markets, which would be a significant advantage
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders
- Holds a University degree (BA/BSc), unless you can convince us otherwise
