We are looking for a New Business Manager to drive our continued expansion in the US market. The New Business Manager will be responsible for finding and winning deals with mid-market and enterprise companies that offer strategic upside for continued account growth. 
Within the role, you will report to the Managing Director of the US, and work closely with department leads and other members of the sales organization globally. 

As a New Business Manager at Supercharge, you will:

    • Acquire new high-value clients for Supercharge while working against a balanced set of sales targets
    • Work closely with the US Managing Director and global Sales and Marketing leadership to drive sales goals
    • Conduct relevant research and analysis of Supercharge’s target markets, industries, and clients to uncover new strategic opportunities
    • Be the face of Supercharge to new prospects. You will represent our brand as the first person-to-person touchpoint.
    • Drive prospecting, qualification, and new project proposals with mid-market and enterprise US clients
    • Cooperate with Project Managers, Tech, and Design teams in planning complex, high-value digital projects
    • Create and present client pitches in an engaging way that demonstrates what it’s like to work with Supercharge and strategically maximizes our chances of winning
    • Take a leading role in contract creation and negotiation 

You’ll be a great fit for this if you:

    • Have 3+ years of experience finding and winning business in an agency environment
    • Are energized by problem solving, strategic thinking, collaboration, and deeply understanding your client’s business; you embrace complexity and view sales as a creative pursuit
    • Are knowledgeable about digital product design and engineering projectsLove networking and building strong relationships
    • Like to travel for conferences, pitches, and team building events
    • Can clearly articulate our value proposition and make the connection between our services and what clients need
    • Have strong proposal writing and pitch presentation skills
    • Are comfortable negotiating pricing and contract terms
    • Have a good network within financial services, insurance, or healthcare
    • Are excited to grow into the next phase of your career at a fast-growing company
