We are looking for a Product Strategist to join our New York team. The Product Strategist will be responsible for uncovering and forming client requirements and translating them into leading digital products and service experiences. In this role, you will synthesize complexity and turn it into elegant and simple product solutions. 
Within the role, you will report to the Global Head of Strategy and Design (who is also based in the New York office) and work closely with other members of the organization globally. 

As a Product Strategist at Supercharge, you will:

    • Consult our clients on how to create the most impact with digital product innovation
    • Map out and clarify business requirements for client products and services
    • Lead and facilities meetings, work sessions, and workshops to understand the domain and articulate the needs of our clients 
    • Craft delightful customer experiences. Creating maps, journeys, wireframes, and everything in between to bring your product ideas to life
    • Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user needs, pain points, and test solutions
    • Manage talented UI designers to turn your sketches and wireframes into development-ready design
    • Work alongside a world-class digital engineering team and support the product journey from idea through built software

You’ll be a great fit for this if you:

    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a role connected to planning or managing the creation of digital products
    • Have a deep understanding of digital products and their creation
    • Have an interaction design background, though it is not a requirement 
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking to create product strategies firmly grounded in business requirements and customer needs
    • Understand large enterprise and startup business processes and can design with business benefits in mind
    • Can quickly immerse yourself in various new domains
    • Can quickly gain an understanding of our discovery and design processes, tech-stack, and attitude and approach towards product development
