We're on the lookout for talented individuals who share our passion for going above and beyond to help our clients succeed. We're searching for motivated student who thrive on taking ownership, bringing new ideas to the table, and have aspirations or ideally experience in providing support. While technical skills are important, we're equally interested in finding team members who are customer-focused, empathetic, and able to communicate complex concepts to non-tech users.
Your day to day will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, or chat, in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers by answering their questions, providing information, and guiding them through the support process
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical and business operation issues within a broad and interesting domain
- Collaborating with senior support staff to investigate problems, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions
- Striving to meet customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey
- Actively participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in customer support
What makes you thrive here:
- Ability to work at least 24 hours a week (in 8 hour shifts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays (shifts start at 7, 15, 23 o'clock)
- Previous customer service experience is a big plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Familiarity with using basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new software tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organisational and documentation skills
