Your day to day task will include:
- Facilitating Agile and Scrum practices, coaching the team in conducting team health checks, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Managing risks and quality standards throughout the project, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure smooth progression
- Leading planning and estimation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with deliverables, collaborating with Agile Leads on product delivery plans
- Acting as a linchpin between teams and stakeholders, the Scrum Master ensures effective communication and proactive leadership, fostering collaboration to maximize delivery potential
- Ensuring that the delivery aligns with the broader program of work, collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads to address larger and systemic issues within the program
- Taking responsibility for the production and analysis of metrics at the team level while also providing input at the product and program levels
We'd love to meet someone who:
- Has knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.) and the ability to apply them appropriately
- Has experience with tooling and technology that supports all aspects of the software development lifecycle in an agile environment, including but not limited to Azure DevOps Boards for backlog and management, as well as Azure DevOps Analytics and Reporting
- Understands the software development lifecycle, DevOps, and IT operations
- Must have experience working on large and complex systems in an agile environment
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate
- Has the ability to guide, motivate, and support teams to deliver high-quality work under tight schedules
- Exhibits strong project coordination skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
- Possesses knowledge of risk management processes and the ability to identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Opening our London office was our first step in the journey of supercharging our International presence.
