Supercharge is growing and nourishing a new team to help us expand our service offering with enhanced support services, and outstanding customer support. We’re looking for players who’d love to take part in laying down the foundations of a great support organisation. We're looking for motivated professionals who thrive on taking ownership, bringing new ideas to the table, and have aspiration or ideally experience in providing software support within a business to business setting. Your day to day will include...
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, while accurately documenting these interactions
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical and business operation issues within a broad and interesting domain
- Escalating complex issues to higher level technical teams when necessary
- Assisting in maintaining the customer service knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
- Actively participating in ongoing training and certification programs to expand your technical knowledge and skills
We’d love to meet someone who has...
- Affinity to customer support role, with sound technical knowledge and skills. Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal english communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service software, and tools, willingness to enhance knowledge adding further tools in your belt
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
