We bring visions to life with creative process and strategic thinking, designing top-notch products that move the needle for our client’s businesses and delight users at the same time.

We are there from the earliest engagement with clients when we help them clarify their digital strategy and product goals through exciting workshops. Then we drive the product concept from early vision to detailed screen designs. We produce customer journeys, wireframes, UI designs, brand and visual concepts, animations, and everything in between to create truly innovative products. We don't create designs for the shelf, our ideas are put into action.

We are a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other, let that be technical support or overcoming a creative block. Our strong community ensures we keep each other engaged and inspired and always find new ways to grow together.

We're looking for a Senior Product Strategist to lead digital product development in regulated industries. You’ll shape product scope definition, clarify requirements through workshops, drive the product design process, and collaborate with world-class UX/UI designers and developers to turn concepts into stunning software. Ready to make your mark? Let’s innovate together!

Your day to day will include:

  • You will lead product discovery, definition, and experience-design activities for complex digital systems, in regulated industries like energy, financial services or healthcare.

  • Own the product definition process, translating high-level business objectives and requirements into tangible, practical, and market-relevant product plans.

  • Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to understand business goals, industry context, operational processes, user needs, and technical constraints.

  • Define product scopes and priorities based on market and industry insights, business objectives, user needs, feasibility considerations, and expected product value.

  • Bring structure and clarity to highly complex, ambiguous problem spaces by identifying assumptions, dependencies, risks, and key product decisions.

  • Map user journeys and operational workflows, translate product concepts into clear screen structures, interactions, and functionality through wireframes and AI-powered prototypes using tools such as Figma, Figma Make, and Claude.

  • Plan and conduct user research to uncover user needs and pain points, validate assumptions, and test product concepts and prototypes.

  • Guide and review the work of UX/UI Designers to evolve early concepts and wireframes into polished, accessible, and implementation-ready interface designs.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate the product vision into clear, development-ready requirements and specifications.

  • Work side-by-side with Software Engineers throughout delivery, providing product context, resolving questions, refining requirements, and helping the team make informed implementation decisions.

What makes you thrive here:

  • 5 + years of experience working with complex B2B digital products—whether in product design, product management, or a client-facing consultancy role

  • A strong curiosity and willingness to explore complex domains, business processes, and industry-specific workflows in depth

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals, market insights, and user needs into clear product direction.

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and turn incomplete information into clear and actionable product decisions.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills

  • Quickly understanding our discovery and design processes, tech stack, and product development culture

  • Collaborating confidently in English within an international team serving mostly foreign clients

  • Leveraging domain knowledge or experience in the energy industry is a plus

What you’ll find at Supercharge:

  • To unleash your full potential, we’re here to help you grow every step of the way with exciting international projects, access to inspiring conferences, in-house soft skill trainings, and online courses. We’ll even support your English classes, and with our  skill matrix, you’ll always have a clear path to learn.
