You can develop smart applications, fintech solutions, even robots, depending on the project you’re landing on. Right now we are a team of 60 developers on Java, Full-stack Javascript, Android, and iOS platforms and 15 Automation and Manual testers, working on the next big thing. Supercharge is setting up a brand new team to help us expand our service offering with after-sales support services. We’re looking for players who’d love to take part in laying down the foundations of a great support team. As this is quite new territory for us, we're seeking professionals who like to take initiative, who are full of ideas and have experience in the field of software support life-cycle management. If you think this is something that excites you, then here’s the deal:

As a Development Support Engineer you will:

    • Provide after-sales L3 support service
    • Train in and support our customer in the proper use
    • Maintain project health with DevOps practices
    • Ensure proactive availability assurance
    • Resolve bugs accumulated in the back-log by coding
    • Solving both known and new technical issues
    • Contribute to new feature development and product improvement
    • Help in small-scale development projects on-demand

What we expect from you:

    • Full-stack coding experience with Java (Spring/Kotlin) and JavaScript (Angular with TypeScript), any exposure to NodeJS and React is a plus
    • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
    • OOP mindset
    • DevOps experience
    • Strong communications skills - both in English and Hungarian
    • Customer-focus and support experience

Supercharge was founded in Budapest and the office here is our headquarters. While we have local offices in multiple countries, this is the hub where we serve our clients from.
