As a Marketing Director you will:

    • Formulate the Supercharge global marketing strategy and turn us into one of the most known digital innovation agencies in the World
    • Take charge of all marketing related activities throughout our offices in the UK, EU and soon the US as well
    • Lead and over time expand our marketing team that helps you achieve our goals
    • Build out the inbound lead generation engine that will over time drive up to 25% of our New Business Revenue
    • Define and lead our content strategy
    • Cooperate with our dedicated PR agency for creating a hype around our brand and work
    • Turn our plans of super-cool events into a reality
    • Help us win global and prestigious awards for our work

What we expect from you:

    • 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
    • Track record of raising brand awareness of a B2B brand
    • Track record of generating inbound sales qualified leads with a sizable ROI
    • Good overall understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, performance marketing and PR - but you don’t need to be a specialist in any of them
    • Ability to oversee the creation of world class thought leadership content in different formats
    • Relevant knowledge and passion for tech and disruptive products
    • Outstanding creative skills
    • Willingness to learn fast
