We have been successfully open in Harrods since June 2023 and due to the success and development of the account are looking for a Team Leader to lead service and drive sales with the team and support the Concession Manager to smoothly run the space.

This role will be crucial in leading a team to bring exceptional customer experience to life through demonstrations, building relationships and converting interest into sales. 

You will need to be passionate about driving brand advocacy at all customer touch points and have a commercial mindset to deliver sales and service throughout the team.

What you will be doing in your role:

    • Leading and delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy 
    • Building a great rapport with customers 
    • Bringing products to life through demonstrations 
    • Ensuring the team’s training standards are maintained at all times
    • Converting interest into sales 
    • Achieving individual and team sales targets
    • Ensuring the space has premium standards at all times
    • Making sure the team of 3 sales specialists are fully trained across all products and services
    • Responsible for managing and guiding sales in Harrods selling environment for Team and individually
    • Working closely with the Concession manager to ensure all Harrods standards for rota, customer service and policies are adhered too. 

What experience you’ll need to be successful:

    • Previous team lead/supervisor experience
    • Understanding of opening and closing responsibilities
    • Exceptional communication and engagement skills 
    • Prior experience in a premium retail environment
    • The ability to convert sales and achieve targets 
    • Stock management including deliveries and stock counts 
    • Able to report insights and actions to key stakeholders
    • Previous experience working in Harrods would be advantageous
