We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Supervisor to join our team at Premium Samsung concession in Selfridges, London!

Overall purpose of the role:
As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Concession Manager & Assistant Manager. Your focus will be to support your managers and keep the staff highly engaged, motivated and customer obsessed. You will also be turning the brand’s innovative vision into a reality every single day - ensuring an impeccable standard of customer service across all areas of the Premium Retail environment.
You will not only support your managers in a variety of different tasks to support the business needs, but also will have a team of Sales Specialists to supervise. You will need to enjoy solving problems and be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.
Working alongside the other teams and Selfridges departments, you will ensure you work collaboratively with all teams supporting where required and leading by example.
You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and a consistency to everything you do.

Key Accountabilities:
- Leading Exceptional Service & Teamwork
- Support the managers with CRM systems, VIP visits and B2B opportunities
- Operational Excellence, to support in all Samsung projects – from Events, Click & Collect to Sales focuses
- Strategic Planning, inc commerciality and support in leading the trainers
- People Management & Development , this will include training, service observations, up skill and coaching the team

Personal Specification:
- Nimble and adapt to change quickly and effectively, including under stressful circumstances
- Confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive situations with your Experience Specialists
- Open to learn and improve own performance and inspire others to want the same
- Being able to demonstrate honesty and willing to listen to peers views to ensure Samsung Harrods creates a safe and inclusive environment for all
- A natural people-person, with good communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
- A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customer’s specific needs and interests, and encourage them to be excited about the potential the brand’s products can offer in their lives - embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction
- Being able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of data entry when processing data, and how it affects the wider business
- Some previous experience in a Supervisory role within a similar industry, would be an advantage
