Overall purpose of the role:
As a Videographer, you will play a central role in bringing our brand to life through premium, high-quality video content. Working as part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of coffee lovers at the Sage Studio, you will use your technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing to create compelling digital content that reflects our premium brand image.
Your focus will be on the technical and creative production of content, contributing directorial input and ensuring every piece of work meets the highest standards. Your creativity, precision, and eye for detail will help grow the brand, engage audiences, and foster online communities.
About Sage Studio:
In 2021, we created Sage | Breville Studios to provide the perfect location to grow Sage’s omnichannel offering. This dedicated space, in the shape of state-of-the-art booths and kitchen area, provides the perfect backdrop for Sage product experts to broadcast from, whether one-to-one or one-to-many, live or on demand. Digitally delivered masterclasses, demonstrations and the Sage TikTok shop all play a role in educating and bringing together their community. Masterclasses are available in many languages and give audiences the chance to learn about coffee machines from the experts.

Key Accountabilities:
- Create and deliver premium video content, plan, film, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Contribute creative and directorial input to campaigns and content planning
- Develop content that resonates with audiences, fosters community engagement, and builds brand awareness
- Provide technical expertise across all aspects of production such as operate and maintain professional camera, lighting, and sound equipment to industry standards, troubleshoot equipment and technical issues swiftly
- Support Sage Studios virtual events and in-studio productions
- Work collaboratively alongside team members, take ownership of personal performance and support your line manager
- Support all Sage Studios operational policies and processes with excellence

You have (Knowledge/experience required):
- Proven videography experience with a professional show reel or portfolio
- Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Ability to contribute creatively with directorial input while managing technical delivery
- Experience producing content for digital and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing premium-quality work
What do we offer:
- £16.2k - £18.6k annual salary pro-rata, depending on experience
- 21 contracted hours
- 3 days per week
- Monday, Friday and weekend availability ideally
- Permanent role ( with 3 months probation period)
- Work in the Sage Studio, London Bridge
£16,200 - £18,600 a year
