Product Expert
Stellar Global is hiring confident, Customer Experience Team member to support the launch of an exciting new flagship store on Oxford Street. At the moment, this is a fixed term contract role from June- December 2026.
This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you’ll engage with the public, represent a premium global brand, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience from launch through to the end of the year.

Support customers with product information and general enquiries

Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
What we are looking for:

Retail, Brand ambassador/promotional work, Hospitality or front-of-house experience

Experience working with premium brands

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You are naturally outgoing, proactive, and comfortable speaking to a high volume of customers every day

Comfortable working in a fast-paced flagship retail environment

Must be 21+
What do we offer:

£16 per hour plus 10% performance bonus

Working days: Saturday and Sunday

Contracted hours: `14.5 hrs per week
