Stellar Global is looking for an Account Executive who has experience in retail, confidence to deal with the clients, managing field teams etc.
This is a hybrid role, £32k-£33k annual salary and other benefits.


Overall purpose of the role:
As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting your line manager in the delivery of retail excellence for your clients, Therabody, Electrolux and Oura. The success of this will be measured against KPIs, client satisfaction and the financial delivery of the forecasted client GP

Key Accountabilities:

    • Achieve KPI's and grow Stellar GP, identify opportunities to increase revenue & GP with existing and new clients
    • Support client teams with projects, events and ad-hoc requests
    • Manage budgets effectively, work closely with the HR team, ensure data accuracy for payroll each month
    • Build successful client relationships, attend their meetings
    • Deliver service & operational excellence: conduct regular site visits to review service delivery, retail standards and operational excellence, assist in delivering training strategy etc
    • Optimise team performance, assist with regular 1:1 meetings with retail teams
    • Ensure that all HR processes are followed through with all team members
    • Aid in the onboarding and ongoing training of staff
    • Work collaboratively 
    • Act as an ambassador for Stellar and display a professional and positive attitude at all times
    • Identify and progress new initiatives and bring innovation to build the business.

Personal Specification (knowledge/experience):

    • A positive thinking, can-do individual
    • Experience in leading teams either in a similar role on the field or in a retail environment (desirable)
    • A proven track record of excellent performance and attendance
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Good understanding of Microsoft and/or Google products
    • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
    • Access to own car with insurance for business use (desirable)
    • Frequent travel with overnight stays.

What do we offer:

    • £32k- £33k annual salary plus bonus
    • Full time role, Monday-Friday
    • 37.5 contracted hours
    • Working shift: 9am-5.30pm
    • Working across clients - 3 days Therabody, 2 days Electrolux/Oura
    • Hybrid role: 2 days in the office (London Bridge) and 3 days WFH
    • Travel to sites, occasional overnight stay

£32,000 - £33,000 a year
