We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Multi-Form Content Creator to join our team at Sage Studios in London.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of content production, creating premium video and photography that brings our brand to life across digital platforms.
Working as part of a diverse team of coffee lovers and creatives, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short- and long-form content, from concept and storyboarding through to filming, editing and final delivery.
Your work will play a key role in building our digital presence, engaging online communities and maintaining our premium brand identity.

Through Sage Studios, our in-house creative space in London, we produce premium digital content that inspires coffee lovers, showcases our products, and connects with our global community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film and edit high-quality video and photography content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Lead content production from concept to final delivery, including storyboarding, scripting and shoot planning.
- Operate professional camera, lighting and sound equipment to ensure premium production quality.
- Direct on-screen talent and capture supporting footage to enhance storytelling.
- Support studio productions, livestreams and virtual events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns and content.
- Maintain studio equipment and ensure all productions follow health, safety and brand standards.
About You
- Proven videography and photography experience with a strong portfolio or showreel
- Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Strong knowledge of camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Ability to contribute creatively while delivering high technical quality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium content standards
- Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Nice to Have
- Experience in coffee, food & beverage, homeware, hospitality or retail brands
- Experience with livestreaming or TikTok Live
- Own camera equipment
- A passion for great coffee

£32,000 - £35,000 a year
