Store Manager
Overall purpose of the role:
As a Flagship Retail General Manager/Store Manager, you will lead your team to success through inspirational leadership and bringing the ethos of Samsung connected innovation to life to your team and our customers.
You will need to ensure you and your leadership team are organised and operationally excellent through strategic planning, HR control and delivery against Flagship Retail KPIs. You will need to enjoy solving problems, be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.
You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and a consistency to everything you do. You will do this through demonstrating best practice and embodying Stellar Global and Samsung Flagship Retail core values, leading by example embracing a diverse and inclusive culture.

Key Accountabilities:

Operational Excellence: Ensure Team planning and scheduling are completed utilising the HR tools available , control and accountability of team key performance indicators and ensuring management and team are aware of the Flagship Retail strategy and the performance across the financial year

Clear & Consistent Communication: Bring strategic direction to life and successfully communicate this across the management team and wider team to deliver tasks/projects on time
- Strategic planning: Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business and improve performance, commerciality- able to discuss performance across sales, offers and launches, leading weekly management meetings

What do we offer:
- £45k-£47k annual salary plus bonus scheme
- 12 moths fixed term contract ( maternity cover) with 3 months probation
- 40 hrs per week, fully flexible
